Step Intervals

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 12949)

Here are two 'hi' intervals, and one 'lo' interval. The 'lo' interval uses the same lead leg the whole time, so you can teach the first hi, one leg of the lo, the second hi, and then the other leg lo!

I also use an easy transition so it flows more smoothly & they have a chance to catch their breath.

Hi Interval #1

Go through this whole sequence a second time, doing only two slow squat/switches, and EIGHT plunges, followed by the repeater travel.

Squat/switch: Count 1/2- Squat one foot on, one off, count 3/4- bounce two on the floor, turning to face the opposite direction

Plunge: Same thing, but faster! - (eliminate the bounces)


Lo Interval

Hi Interval #2

Repeat Hi #2, with the other lead leg. It self-reverses.
