Lo Impact

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12950)

Some of this is sort of funky, some is kickbox-y, and some is regular. Each block is self-reversing. Explanations are at the end.

Funky Block

Travel: Two steps to the side, abduct the inside leg on count four. Circle the arms & reach up on count four.

Squat cha-cha: The "squat" is more of a 'shift' to the side.

Glide to the corner: Just three steps, but really make them long & cover some distance. Drag your back toe if you want to make it look sexy.

Cross back & tap: Right foot steps behind, left foot taps side, left foot steps behind...

Worm: Just two steps to the side, but roll your shoulders to make it funky.

Kickbox Block

Grape-curl-kick-knee: one curl, one front kick, one knee block

Grab/smash & kick: Feet: step knee, step side kick. Arms: Reach up & pull down on counts one & two.

Regular Block

Quick squats: Like you are speed skating. Not much of a squat, really, more of a demi-squat. Raise your inside knee each time: Tiny squat, knee, tiny squat, knee...
