Easy and Fun Vertical

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12957)

Start on the left side of the step at bottom left corner; Right lead. I cue the way it is typed. Hope you like it!

*"Lunge to the bench": step forward like a traditional lunge but put your foot on the bench instead of on the floor. I always teach ham curls as options for lunges and squats.

**"Scoop it up": step touch on the floor travelling forward

***2 Knee repeater, straddle the bench. Up and lunge for 3"- 2 knee repeater(1-4), straddle the bench left, right (5-6), step up, left (7) right (8). Lunge side to side for 3. Tap left (1-2), tap right (3-4), tap left (5-6), exit to the right of the bench (7-8)

****"Split lunge": step up right and left (1-2), tap right (3-4, tap left (5-6) exit right side of step (7-8).
