Spin cycle

This is a Cycling pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12962)

This is my first posting, so I hope you can all understand it, the first part is borrowed from a pattern I think I saw in here :p

Warm-up

#1 cycle

Repeat all of the above 4 times

Recovery, but start to add tension every 15 seconds take it up till you are almost at max tension, so that their legs are slowing down almost to a stop, keep them seated !! 3 minutes heavy going

#2 cycle

Repeat from * to *** on left side

Repeat above 2 times

Recovery as above recovery ;) 3 minutes

#3 cycle

Repeat above 2 times

5 minutes cool down and stretch

All of the above should take approximately 45 minutes although it could stretch to 60 minutes. My class loves this as it really pushes them also I use Pure Energy tapes which are great as they have no breaks in them so we never have to stop. I like to use dance, techno and trance type music which is uplifting and has a good strong beat.
