This is a quick little Hi/Lo pattern that I actually stole from this site (Thank you) and then changed it a bit to suit the style of my class and participants.
I started doing it one way and found that it may be too easy, so I upped it a bit with some jacks. Worked pretty well.
****To make this a little more challenging, you can do power jump squats or jacks. You can even add a little direction to this by turning 90 degrees to the right on the jacks, continuing around to each wall, then switch to the left lead. Going around again! Hope that someone can use this!!
