Combo 1
- (1-5) Double stomp on top of the step and exit
- (6-8) Stomp on the floor facing the back of the room
- (9-16) Turn back to face step, step up, up, double side
lunge and exit
- (17-20) Hamstring curl
- (21-24) Double jack (jack out, out, in, in)
- (25-28) Hamstring curl
- (29-32) Pushover* (option: with a pivot)
Repeat other side
Combo 2
- (1-8) Turnstep with a ballchange x2 (option: straddle the
ballchange)
- (9-14) Stomp and knee lift with a hop and a clap
- (15-18) Basic step (option: reverse turn)
- (19-24) Stomp and knee lift with a hop and a clap
- (25-32) Rocking horse with a karate kick
Repeat other side
COMBO 3
- (1-4) Mambo (option: mambo to side)
- (5-8) Basic step (option: over the top lengthways)
- (9-16) Split basic (turn to face the back as you step up,
stay facing the back for lunges, exit to face the front)
- (17-24) Repeater kick (option: (17-20) double kick, (21-22)
step down and kick, (23-24) cha cha cha on the floor)
- (25-32) Gluteal lift x2
Repeat other side
*Pushover - (1) Step left foot over the step, (2) Step right
foot where it is, (3) bring left foot back next to right, (4)
step right foot where it is
