These are my new combos. 32 counts & tapless
#1
- I-step 8 (up, jack, down, jack)
- Box lunges (up up, lunge side right & left, 1/4 turn lunge
back right & left, 1/4 turn lunge side right & left, exit)
16 count
- Knee repeater 8 count (or any variation like step knee,
tap tap left foot on floor, pendulum)
Repeat left
#2
- V jump (jump up right & left 1 count, 3 stomps & exit) 8
count
- 2x Squat repeater (step knee, squat squat, knee lift,
exit) corner to corner 16 counts
- 2 Soccer kicks corner to corner (kicks with power)
Repeat left
#3
I use this as an interval combo. Simple but gets your
heart rate up
- Alternating knees, center 8x
- Corner to corner knees 8x
- Knee repeater corner to corner 4x
- Power 7 knee repeater 8x (you can do the same thing with
side leg lifts and glute lifts)
#4 interval
- Box lunges:
- 8 Front, quarter turn
- 8 Side, quarter turn
- 8 Back, quarter turn
- 8 Side, quarter turn
- 4x Altogether...
