Hey everyone - here's a leg workout I do for my sculpting
classes - it's really effective, especially for that inner
thigh!
Lying on floor on side, cross top leg over bottom - foot
flat and heel at the knee level to the bottom leg.
- Lift the bottom leg up two and lower two (2 sets of 8)
- Hold up for 8 counts
- Pulse for two sets
- Hold for 8 counts
- Straighten out top leg and lift up and down 2 sets
- Hold up and pulse 2 sets
- Swing top leg forward and up (toes pointed lengthen the
leg) 2 sets
- Small leg circles forward 2 sets
- Reverse circles 2 sets
Switch to other side!
This can get intense - you really feel the burn in your hips
and inner thigh, but I have seen the results on myself!
