This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 12982)

Hey everyone - here's a leg workout I do for my sculpting classes - it's really effective, especially for that inner thigh!

Lying on floor on side, cross top leg over bottom - foot flat and heel at the knee level to the bottom leg.

Switch to other side!

This can get intense - you really feel the burn in your hips and inner thigh, but I have seen the results on myself!
