Start in center stance
- Tap front with your right foot and back with your left foot 8x
- Make the right (front) tap a knee lift, stay with back tap - 16x
- Make the right knee lift a front kick, stay with back tap - 16x
- Keep the right front kick and tap the ground with left hand - 16x
- Shuffle center
Other side
This really gets them working!
