Lunch Break

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12988)

I teach a step class three days a week during lunch time. It's always a great pick me up to get me through the day. Hope you enjoy the choreography as much as I like looking at all of yall's.

*Repeater around- facing back of room simply do a knee repeater and as you lift your knee each time hop as you gradually get yourself back to the front of your box (total of three knee lifts).

* Three point kick- (just what I choose to call it) step up right kick left (1,2), step left kick right (3,4), step right kick left (5,6), step down left and step down right (7,8). Sounds more complicated than it is. Try it. It's sure to get your heart rate up. If anyone has interval patterns PLEASE bring em on! Thanks for sharing all your great information!!!
