Time for some funk! Here's a couple of combinations to do
in a hip hop aerobics class.
Combination 1:
- Walk diaganol right, walk back and clap (8)
- Walk diaganol left, walk back and clap (8)
- Squat right, squat left (8)
- Mambo cha cha cha right, mambo cha cha cha to the back
left (8)
Combination 2:
- Walk front (4); Swing head, clap twice (4)
- Tap right, tap left (add hips for flavor) (4)
- Pivot right leg to back, pivot right leg to front (4)
- Grapevine right, grapevine left (8)
- 360 Degree turn right, 360 degree turn left (get low on
turns) (8)
