- Lay supine on floor ball between feet
- Knees soft (novices bent)
- Activate TVA sqeeze ball between legs 8x
- Play around with the tempo
- Circle ball between legs while sqeezing (crossing thighs)
- Circle ball between legs (corkscrew)
- Finish by opening your legs and catch the ball between feet
