this right leg, on the floor, west to face east) (7-8)
- Walk back to home side south (9-12)
- 6 Point turnstep (3 away, 3 back) (13-18)

- 6 Lunges around the bench or not (if turning turn east for 2 off sides,
turn south off front for 2 and turn west off sides for 2) and exit (3-16)
- Glute squeeze x 2 (17-24)
- 2 V-steps with arm combo (arms--single elbow to shoulder height (1),
other one same(2), both at same time above head(3), both lat pull
down (4) both shoulder height pull back (5-6), low row (7-8) (25-32)
* As you can see I teach each pattern not in self-reversing style. It's
just my thing!! Hope it works for you!!
All will string together nicely and go back to top to perform on
left lead !!! Please email me if you have any questions!!
