Killer Abs
This is an
Abs pattern from
www.turnstep.com.

These my clients hate, but keep coming back for more. Have fun and let
it burn....
Ab routine:
- Start with regular crunches
- Then lift the legs of the floor keeping the knees bent, stretch the
legs up, to the heels are pointing towards the ceiling
- Now have them touch toes/ankles
- Continue with leg raises (with the hands along their side or behind
the back for support)
- Finish up with reverse crunches.
The count is up to you depending how fit you think your clients are.
Once you finish with the reverse crunch that's one set. I usually keep it
to 15-20 reps for each exercise, IT'S A KILLER!!
