Killer Abs

This is an Abs pattern from (pattern 13145)

These my clients hate, but keep coming back for more. Have fun and let it burn....

Ab routine:

The count is up to you depending how fit you think your clients are. Once you finish with the reverse crunch that's one set. I usually keep it to 15-20 reps for each exercise, IT'S A KILLER!!
