Wicked Good Lunges

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 13149)

This is a series of lunges that made me and my class wicked sore for days, and my class loved them.

You can do the lunges on floor for beginner, front foot on step for intermediate, or back foot on step behind you for advanced.

Class will need two or three sets of weights, doing biceps curls throughout.

Then repeat everything on the other side.
