Ski trip

This is a Cycling pattern from (pattern 13150)

I use this circuit to help try and cool off the riders, while giving them a workout. I tell them to imagine we are going downhill skiing. We ride on a flat course (light to medium resistance) to the chair lifts for 15-20 seconds. Then we have to climb (lifted) the hill in the chair lift (high resistance) for 30 seconds. Then we have to get down the run - fast. They stay lifted and sprint for 15 seconds at a medium tension. I try and tell them to watch out for moguls, or feel the speed going down, or on the way up look at those skiiers who crash.
