Steph's Vertical-ity

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 13157)

Start on the left or right side (whatever you feel like), at the bottom of the step. Both sides work just fine - I change it up every time.

Combo 1 (64 counts)

*Repeat two more times, one time substituting hamstring curls for the knees up, and then again changing the ham curls to side leg lifts.

This combo is also great, because it breaks down to a nice 32 count combo when the participants get good at it and are ready to speed it up:


*When you repeat this, the over the top-turnstep gets you facing the front again. Once again, change the knees up to ham curls and then to side leg lifts.
