Keeping it movin!

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 13160)

I have a lot of different types of people in my class. But most them I noticed didn't do a lot of aerobic activity, so I tried to combine body sculpting with hi/low to keep everyone's attention and to make it fun for all. The moves are really simple but they get you sweatin'! We use the 2 pound or 4 pound medicine balls during most of the routine to get our upper body workout. Here's what I came up with!

4th combo:

After each combo, you add the ones you've done before, so by the end you are doing all 4 combos together! It really keeps them moving! Then it's onto the floor to work some more on our legs & abs! I really enjoy this site & have gotten a lot of great ideas! Keep them coming!
