Fast Punches

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 13161)

Right lead

I start with singles slow (half time) 8x (64 count)
then I do doubles slow (also half time) 4x (64 count)
doubles fast (to tempo) 4X (64count)
singles fast (to tempo) 16-32X

I usually do this to 140-145 bpm and 1l pound weights or boxing gloves. I would start at 135, if new to class. After a while, speed it up a bit and you may want to cut down the repetitions.

Make sure they concencrate on form rather than staying with the beat! Even if they have done this routine many times, go arround making sure they are correctly executing each punch.
