Inspired by Choreo Exchange - Part 4

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 13167)

This is the last of four combos which include several moves I learned at Sonia's and Marsha's March Choreo Exchange in the Dallas area. Included are moves from Theresa, Ramon, and Jessica. I have also included several moves from my instructors, Rita, Kellie, and Jean.

In the move descriptions below, right lead in home position is assumed, even though the move may first be encountered with left lead and/or on the front of the bench.

Waltz step:
This is a simple six count move which you will likely find very difficult to teach. It imitates the basic ballroom dance waltz step.

Alternative: 6-count mambo (aka rhythm rocks).

Quarter hop over and back - thanks Rita:

Freeze rock repeater - thanks Theresa:
This is similar to a rocking horse, with the ham curls replaced by gluteal lifts, and with a jump-freeze motion.

Please email me with any questions or comments.
