Changing Sides

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 13180)

This is a deep water workout but can be modified for shallow. Start with half your class on one side of the pool and half on the other side, facing towards center of pool.

Repeat all. 3 or 4 sets.

For something in between the sets...

Hang on to edge of pool with both hands and push yourself off as hard as you can with your feet. Jog against the current back in to the edge and repeat.
