Mel's combo's

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 13189)

*Turn repeater: Begin a regular turnstep right, keep left foot on the bench, begin a right knee repeater but with only one actually knee lift as your knee comes up to do a second knee lift finish out the turn instead.

*L-step circle: Begin a regular L-step with knee lifts, instead of going to opposite corner for another L-step simple hop turn to the front of the bench to begin another L-step facing the front side this time. You sort of make a full circle out of your 2 L-steps

*Three alternating knees on top of bench: last knee spin/pivots you around to front side of bench, exit on front side.

*Reverse turn circle: reverse turn exit on back of bench, reverse turn again exit on front of bench
