Kickboxing Ideas

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 13196)

Hey guys - thanks for the great ideas - thought I'd share a couple with you for once! :) These are all just 8 count patterns that you can add together or add jumping jacks, runs, anything simple in between. Have fun!

Pattern #1

Shuffle right (1,2,3,4) cross left leg over on count #5, side kick right leg on #6, land the kick on #7 and hop on #8.

Pattern #2

Double right knee (crossing midline of your body) (1,2,3,4), side kick right(5,6), cross punch left (toward the right) (7,8).

Pattern #3

Jab right, cross left (1,2), left knee up on #3, land on #4, kick front on #5,6, back kick on #7,8.

Pattern #4

Jab right, cross left, jab right, cross left (1,2,3,4), jack on #5,6, hop on #7,8. Then left arm leads.
