Challenging, Heart-Healthy, Steppin' Fun

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 13197)

The advanced steppers will love this combo!

Repeat 4-8x, depending on fitness level and time.

Now it's time to switch lead legs.

After you are done with the combo on the right leg, take the steppers over the board (after the flamingo) for 1 and into 2 up tap, down taps leading with the left leg at the left end of the board. Then, continue on with the routine laid out.

You might have to do this in parts. For instance, the up tap, down taps into the A-steps, K-steps, Z-step with 4 traveling kick-backs to the end of the board and repeat it until the steppers get the routine down. And then take them through the second part of the routine (turnstep, over the board, repeater knees, and flamingo) until they get that part down. Then you may take them through the whole combo without stopping.

I received applause and hoots from the steppers for the routine. I think because it was challenging not only physically, but it was also a challenge for them to remember the steps, and they love a good challenge!

I hope your steppers love it, too! And, thank you for taking the time to consider the routine.
