---> interval 2 complete (to aerobic threshold - 85% hr)

---> interval 3 complete (to aerobic threshold - 85% hr)

---> interval 4 complete (to aerobic threshold - 85% hr or for advanced riders, to anarobic finish on last sprint)

---> CLASS COMPLETE (1:00:40)

Most transitions in the above class occur during the "hook" of the each song. Also, pace is usually dictated bythe music's tempo. Songs Songs 8, 9, and 10 can be removed to create a 45 minute class with three intervals. Happy Sweating!
