KickChick's Crunch, Hop & Kick Combo

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 13209)

Our classes use wavemasters & gloves but these combos can also be done without a bag and gloves.

*All combinations begin in a left foot forward fighting stance....then switch sides to right foot forward and repeat

** The hop intensifies the cardio ... you can modify to do without if too much for some.

My class loves these combos and we circle the bag left then right as we do them ... you really feel the "crunch" in your abs and obliques plus the hop gives the kick added height & power!
