Lunge, Balance, Squeeze & Kick!

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 13210)

These are good combos to work on balance!

Right foot forward:

Lunge left to front kick (keep hands out in front for balance.. cue to look straight ahead keeping back straight and lowering pelvis downward)

Keeping the front kick, .... front kick left then bring to back doing back kick left ... (pressing kick) keep hands in front for balance, and drive flexed heel back as you squeeze glutes! --

Switch to right

Great for butt and quads... great way to end the class to get heart rate down!
