Killer Cardio Combo

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 13214)

Repeated a few times this very simple combo is a killer! I work it up so it takes a good 5-10 minutes. It can also be done at a low intensity so everyone can keep going!

Part 1...

Repeat 2-3 times then add...

Part 2...

Now add part 1 & 2 together - repeat again at least 3 times!!!

Part 3...

Now all you have to do is repeat, repeat & repeat!!!

* Jogging as fast as they can on the spot and jabbing (alternating arms) as fast as they can also.

** Take their legs out wider and keep then moving change to fast uppercuts
