Standing Cardio Ball Part Two

This is a Ball pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 13224)

Starting position: legs are comfortably apart, toes slightly turned out. Hold the ball by the sides, elbows at a right angle.

Breakdown:

Reduce the above by half and run through twice.

Then run through the finished product:

This is a good simple combo that will get even the beginning ball student moving. The workout is in the breakdown. Link the finished product with the warmup in Standing CardioBall Part One for a longer combo.
