This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 13231)

Facing front.

Start off with right leg crescent kicks set of 8. Then left leg roundhouse kick set of 8, the last one land forward and go into the left back hand hit, set of 8. The right ridge is arm extended with elbow slightly bent, imagine your are close lining someone with your forearm. Be sure to step into this with your right foot. Set of 8

Continue with sets of 4, then sets of 2, until singles. Instruct students to work at their own pace with the singles. More advanced students will be able to do this at a fast pace. The combo is usually done as singles 20 times.

Then switch to the left lead crescent, right roundhouse, right backhand, left ridge. Definite killer cardio, and leg work.
