From beginning to end...an interval H/L class

Hi guys! Here is an interval -circuit-H/L class

4 aerobics combos...4 strength circuit and 3 interval burst...warm up...cooldown......abs

WARMUP

AEROBICS

STRENGTH...Dumbbells

#2 (squats)

#3 (lunges...dumbbells optional)

Repeat strength combo #3....4 times on the left leg and 2 times on the right leg

FLOOR SCULPTING

ABS

Get a dumbbell and place it on the chest. Hold the dumbbell with one hand and support the head with the other hand. Basic crunch...8 singles...2 up, 2 down (X4)...8 singles...3 pulses up, 1 down (X4)...8 singles...obliques...cross right leg over left, left hand supports the head, dumbbell on left side of chest and close to the shoulder, hold the dumbbell with right hand and bring the left shoulder to the right knee...8 singles...2 up, 2 down (X4)... hold at the top for 3 counts and down one count (X4)...3 counts up and one down (X4)...repeat on the other side...(no dumbbells) reverse curl legs 90 degrees(X16)...reverse curl, legs straight up (X12)
