I hope you enjoy this one. It is simple. Works well in warm up and then you can vary to get them moving in the main workout section.
This brings you out on your left leg and then repeat starting with "X" step left leg lead
It's fun, simple and an easy little pattern to throw into any class. You can make it more intense by making the "X" really deep and changing the side steps for really big ham curls.
On the "X" just remember to teach knee alignment!
I add arms lines to the above. On the "X" - punch to sky right, then left as V forward, punch to earth right then left when V backward. Circumduct arms on grapevine right, lateral alternate punches out from chest on grapevine left.
