- Grapevine right hop turn on right foot and grapevine left then take it back, grapevine right hop turn on right foot and grapevine left, 2x
- Hamstrings around the world - 8
- Side step right and left 2x each side
- Lunge left and right-8
- Double lunges for 4

Repeat the whole pattern on the left lead.

- Grapevine right hop turn on right foot and grapevine left then take it back, grapevine right hop turn on right foot and grapevine left, 2x
- Hamstrings aroung the world - 8
- Side step right and left 2x each side

- Squat 8 -2x (right and left)

Repeat the whole pattern on left lead.

Then repeat from top with grapevine right hop turn do the whole pattern and when you get to squats just done 8 instead of the 16.

Then repeat with left lead and eliminate the 16 squats to 8 squats.

- Step knee right knee, step knee left (it's a bench move)
- Jog 8 in a big circle
- Double jacks

Repeat left lead.

- Repeater knees right and left (each side 8 counts)
- Front kicks - 8 (kickboxing move)

- Right knee strike - 8

- Repeater knees right and left (8 each side)

- **V-step right 2x

- Lunge from left to right arms are punching down for 8 then, punch side to side for 8, then punching down for 8 then, punching side to side for 8.

- Double jump rope out out, in in -4
- Hop turn right and left for 8-2x
- Ham curls singles -8
- Single, single, double ham curls for 2
- Lunge from left to right arms are punching down for 8 then side to side for 8.

Repeat from second phrase.

- Right and left mambo, cha cha cha - 4
- Right pivot -1
- Right V-step for 3
- One right/left grapevine
- High jumps for 4

- Knees singles 8 (one arm circle alternating)
- Knees singles 8 (2 arm circle)
- Heel jacks 8-2x (arms down alternating 8, arms side to side alternating 8)
- Knee up and over singles- 8
- Knees up and over doubles -4

and repeat from top.

- 4 Right knees, 4 left kick backs -2x
- Right behind/ left behind -8
- Reverse box - 4 alternating knees up start right, 4 right knees, 4 alternating knees back start left, 4 left knees.
- Single, single, double knees-3x
- Left behind/ right behind -10

Now you are on the left lead repeat from the left lead.
