Jab/Cross/Kick combo(easy)

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 13802)

This is a very easy but effective combo when cued properly. Left side leading to start

Switch to the other side and repeat

Next Combo: left side forward

Next combo: left side forward

Cue your participants to keep hands up and lift the knees before kicking is a good way to ensure they get the most out of this workout.
