Wipers = A really fast L-step. 4 Counts each side. (count 1) right foot on the left end of bench, (count 2) tap left foot on the side, (count 3) tap left foot back, (count 4) step right foot far over to opposite side (a big straddle) repeat on the other side.

Kick-walk-walk = You are going to kick to a corner, and then turn in towards the bench and walk away from the bench 2 steps. Then do a knee lift, and walk back to the bench 2 steps. It really easy to repeat this several times. It very dance-like and fun.
