Deep water fun

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 13811)

Hi this is my first post. I hope that it can give you some ideas! My class just loves the moves that travel backwards. Belts work best, but this can be done with noodles. I am 5 1/2 months pregnant and it is great for all levels and abilities!

Warm up - 10 minutes

Cardio - 40 minutes choose the activities you want

Cool down - 10 minutes

Hope you have fun with this, my class loves it! It strengthens them and provides an opportunity to lose weight!
