This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 13831)

Hello everyone! It has been a long time since my last submission, but I hope you enjoy this one. Happy teaching!

Using hand bouys:

Repeat 1, 2, & 3, then face left to do rocking horse

*Once pattern is established, have class travel backward kicking to front then kick back to travel forward

Repeat, travelling the other direction

**Establish pattern; have class travel with the jump and pumps

***Establish pattern; travel with skis

This is just the basic pattern, when I teach it, I do add ons. Block one, right side, block 1 and left side, block 2..then block one, one side, block 2, then back to beginning and do the other side...etc. It has a nice flow to it and the class will be in continuous movement. It is about 50 minutes of cardio if taught in add on style. Let me know what you think.
