This is a doublestep combination. Both benches are horizontal, side by side. The bench on the left is Home and the bench on your right is Away (A). Start behind Home (H)
Combos 1-3 fit together to create a huge combination which is self-reversing, you can begin the combo again with the left lead
Options:
*Change the 2nd double knee/exit and jack to a Ricochet/down and jack. Ricochet: left foot up on bench (1); rigfht knee lift while doing a hop turn towards your left shoulder (2); right foot taps the floor on the front side of the bench - your body is facing west (3); right knee lift while reversing the hop turn back to where you started (4); exit to the floor (5-6); jumping jack (7-8)
**Change the "around the world" to a "knee/lunge/lunge/knee"
left foot on the bench (1); right knee lift (2); right lunge (3); right foot to bench (4); left lunge (5);
left knee lift (6); exit to the floor off the front of the bench (7-8); left foot on bench (9); right knee lift
(10); right lunge (11); right foot to bench (12); left lunge (13); left knee lift (14); exit to the floor off
the front of the bench (15-16)
