This is a doublestep combination. Both benches are horizontal, side by side. The bench on the left is Home and the bench on your right is Away (A). Start behind Home (H)
Combos 1-4 fit together into a large combination which is self-reversing ... then start again with left lead
Options:
*Z-step: right foot on the bench (1); left hamstring curl (2); left foot on the bench (3); right hamstring curl (4); right foot exit to the floor (5); left foot exit (6); jumping jack (7-8)
**Rock-step: right foot "stomp" on the bench (1); rock back to left foot on the floor (2); right foot stomp again (3); rock back to left foot on the floor (4); right foot exit to floor (5); left foot stomp on the bench (6); rock back to right foor on the floor (7); left foot exits to the floor (8)
