This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 13844)

Here is a heart raising combination.

Repeat on all walls

1/2 pull down: lat pull down arms while lifting one knee up; use your abs to pull your knee up--like a reverse ab

Full pull down: hop pulling both knees up with lat pull down

1/2 Frog hop: hop from foot to foot like leaping over a barrel in the middle; arms alternate pressing down in back
