Start out by having class put arms shoulder level to the sides in a 'T' position. Elbows are nice and straight arms are tight. The class is going to circle arms in a SMALL circular motion and I have my class hold 1# or 2# weights the whole time. Make sure the class starts out with 1# weights the first time.
Have fun with this move and remind class if any one drops there arms we start over! NO ONE wants to be the trouble maker, but you will have the class cry out. This works your whole arm and is great to do after punching or as a warm up. Sneak it in there whenever and hear the class respond...see if they can go longer next time!
