Hi/Lo pattern from

(pattern 13665)
I.
- Walk up23, tap/ Back 23, tap/Up 23, tap/ Squat left, in
- Grapevine right & grapevine left - in an L pattern/ left knee up - 4x to front
- Grapevine left & right in an L pattern/ Ham curl to front - 4x
- Step knee forward 4x/ Ham curl back 4x
II.
- Scoop forward 4x right,left,right,left/ Grapevine back at angle right,left
- Grapevine up at angle right,left/ Shuffle back right-2, left-2, right-2, left-2
- Squat down and up 2x/ Mambo right foot/ Double box step right foot
- V-step with right foot 3x - forward, back, forward/ Squat 2x
III.
- Can can to right, left, right, left (step knee, step kick)
- Pony up to right 4/ Skip back 4/ Ham curl 2
- Right toe hold out23, right knee lift/ Tap right 2/ Step out out in in-2x
- Left toe hold out23, left knee lift/ Tap left 2/ Step out out in in - 2x
IV.
- Step knee forward alternating 4x/ Step heel back 4
- 3 Quick heels/ left knee up/ Mambo front and back left/ Sambo left, right
- Step kick forward alternating 4x/ Grapevine right/ 2 Jacks
- Grapevine left/ 2 Jacks/ Double heel touch right/ Double heel touch left - moving back
I always start my routines out on the right foot. These steps are all self-reversing and are all 64
count combos. This routine can be embellished a lot with turns, etc. once they catch on. I love to
