Start out with a bouncing cardio warm-up on the stability ball. I generally ask the class for some interaction. Let's do sports moves. Who's got one? We do a variety of moves. i.e.:
I have them interact and choose. They have great ideas. We mimic those moves and I have them do the bouncing cardio on the ball while they do the moves. They use their imagination. It's great fun and allows the instructor to interact while teaching. Makes for a great class.
