Move it to the music

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 13694)

Hello guys here's just a quick one been using for a while and they are loving it..learn slow tempo then once they have got it speed it up to about 156 BPM

Combo one

(when do the jump turn stick bum out and lift hands in the air make it look funky)

Repeat this twice>

(arms up and down)

Combo two

(when got this you can turn the hamstrings whilst travelling backwards)

Combo three

Combo four

Combo five

(16 count move repeat twice and then start again on left)

Really basic moves thrown together but turns out well

Just be careful on the walk and turn when at faster tempo with people not getting their footing right!!!
