Peewee's Intermediate Step

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 13697)

* Feet apart on step (12), march (with funky arms) (34), feet together (56), step down (78), step up (9,10), march (or shake your butt) (11-12), 2 lunges down (13-16)- you end on top of the step

** This move is a skipturn, a straddle cross, and a jazz square to go over the top, all run into each other to fit in an 8 count. It is exactly as it sounds: skip(12) straddle down (34) jazz square over (5-8).

I usually put this combo at the very start of the routine while their minds are still fresh - they also have more chances of getting it right.

Key to breakdown: teach the Y-step slowly at first.
