This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 13699)

Starting in a horse-stance fighting position

Repeat everything left

After the Right front kick, make sure to turn foot out setting up for the left side kick, then you are hitching the left knee and kicking right after the back kick. They loved this one, any questions don't hesitate
