32 Count Cardio Combo

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 13702)

1st 8 count (start on the right side, facing front but punching to the right)

2nd 8 count

3rd 8 count

4th 8 count

Repeat 8x on right, then switch to left, or alternate sides

Have fun! this seems to work well with about a 136-140 bpm.
