R L Leg Burner Kick

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 13709)

Here is a very good advanced combo. Once your class has the hang of it (which will take a few times to get it) then it is an awesome combo. They'll want to always do it...but it is challenging!

First, I like to say it outloud: This is an 8 count move.

NOW...you add the body parts to match the combo: This is assuming you are on your right side facing the front of the class so that your right arm will punch towards the front. (you are sideways).

Once you go through this once, you will understand it clearly..TRY IT and let me know what you think!!! You can then switch to your left side and do the same combo just replace the right with left.
