Picking up Speed

This is a Cycling pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 13740)

I have been getting ideas here for a long time so it is about time I added my own.

This drill will make 'em sweat. (Finally, my toughest group pulled out the white flag.)

30% Tension


Repeat 2X with tension at 40%

Now, remaining at 40%

Repeat 2 more X

Finish with the true test

At 50%

Do this for 1 minute (3X) *You may need to work up to this.

I think this is a good time for a LONG and easy break.

This drill should probably only be used like this to advanced classes. (especially people who love to be challenged again and again.)
