A Little of Everything

Hey eveybody, this is my first time sharing. Hope you all can use it. I always use music that is
140-150bpm (seems like I sweat more!). Finally, thank you to everyone for your great ideas, it has
helped me so much.
Start with:
- Knee knee right
- Side kick right
- Cross punch left
Repeat
- Add:
- Bob and weave (left then right)
- Add:
- Jab cross jab hook (right left right left)
- Add:
- Squat sweep squat sweep (squatting with fingers sweeping floor)
- Add:
- Shuffle shuffle shuffle jack jack (moving to the right)
- Shuffle shuffle shuffle jack jack (moving to the left)
- Add:
- Jab jab jab (right) cross (left)
- Jab jab jab (right) cross (left)
- Add:
- Knee knee left leg (back leg)
- Front kick front kick (right leg)
- Palm palm (right left to the front)
Repeat left
I find you dont have to break it done as much on the left. Do each combo with new add on eight times.
